I scheduled 3 quotes for our flooring project. We redid our entire home. 4 Bed 2 baths. We chose a LVP for all bedrooms and living areas and a porcelain tile for the bathrooms and laundry rooms. We had gross carpet and sheet vinyl before. Bill was the first quote. After meeting Bill, I canceled the other two without hearing the cost they would come in at. That was absolutely the right decision. Bill is so experienced with over 4 decades of knowledge in his craft. I have the utmost respect for him and how he does everything right the first time. His dedication and work ethic show through and all that he does. He is a great communicator and very straightforward With pricing and maintaining the workload. Although I don’t know Bill on more than a professional level, I will tell you I am so proud of him. He is such a wonderful person, and I will refer Anyone I can to him. My son is almost 18 months and he told a coworker “Don’t use that tool inside, use it in the garage. The baby is sleeping.” Currently being seven months pregnant that meant the world to me. And that is just a tiny example of how thoughtful and respectful he is. Thank you for making my home ready for baby #2 and safer for baby #1.

Bill was great at communicating with us, and he works with a flooring supplier to find you the fairest prices on flooring. His price for installation was fair and upfront as well. When we told him our budget, he only brought flooring samples to choose from that would fit within it, which was very respectful and honest! He worked hard and did a wonderful job, and even pivoted to add on our stairs to the project when we requested it. Highly recommended!
